Under the YBA HCM, the club was established on April 22, 2021. The Club President is responsible for building the organizational structure, advising on the Executive Committee personnel, and developing operational regulations in accordance with the charter—while maximizing members’ capabilities and contributing to the overall development of YBA HCM.
